This page explains how to delete your 3marty account and the personal data linked to it. You can start the deletion from inside the app, or by contacting us.
Residents: delete instantly in the app
Open the 3marty app, go to your Account settings, and choose Delete account. After you confirm, your account and personal data are erased right away and you are signed out. You can also do this on the web: sign in to the resident portal and open your Account page, where Delete account is available.
Owners: request deletion
An owner account manages a building and its residents, so deletion is handled by our team. In the app, open your Account settings and choose Request account deletion. You can also email us at the address below. We wind down the building and erase your personal data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile and everything personal attached to it: your name and the contact details (phone and email) on your account, your payment submissions and any receipt images you uploaded, your complaints and chat messages, your comments, your notifications, and your saved device push tokens.
What may be kept
Two things may remain. Your building owner may keep paid-invoice records for their own bookkeeping. We also keep the minimal records the law requires us to retain, such as for accounting, and we delete those once they are no longer required.

السكان: حذف فوري من التطبيق

الملّاك: طلب الحذف
يدير حساب المالك عمارة وسكانها، لذا يعالج فريقنا الحذف. من التطبيق، افتح إعدادات الحساب واختر طلب حذف الحساب. يمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا على البريد أدناه. نقوم بإنهاء العمارة ومحو بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً.
ما الذي يُحذف
يؤدي حذف حسابك إلى إزالة ملفك الشخصي وكل ما يتعلق به من بيانات شخصية: اسمك وبيانات التواصل (الهاتف والبريد) المسجّلة على حسابك، وطلبات الدفع وأي صور إيصالات رفعتها، وشكاواك ورسائل محادثاتك، وتعليقاتك، وإشعاراتك، ورموز الإشعارات المحفوظة لأجهزتك.
ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به
قد يبقى أمران. قد يحتفظ مالك عمارتك بسجلات الفواتير المدفوعة لأغراض محاسبته الخاصة. ونحتفظ كذلك بالحد الأدنى من السجلات التي يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها، مثل أغراض المحاسبة، ونحذفها بمجرد انتفاء الحاجة إليها.
